Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor bank issues and conduct remedial action to maintain schedules and standards.
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Participate in meetings to report business prospect and status updates to management and clients.
∎ Identify Business Opportunities and Conduct Meeting with Prospective Clients.
∎ Generate sustainable business from the targeted Corporate Clients.
∎ Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales staffs.
∎ Conduct market research to identify marketing possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
∎ Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans Seek actively out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Willingness to travel across Bangladesh.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Apartment Business, Real Estate and Land Sector, Client Relations/ Services,
∎ Good Marketing skill.
∎ Proficiency in oral and written communication in English and Bangla.
