• BSc. in IPE/CSE/Textile or BBA from reputed university

• Implemented ERP in Garments Production

• Implemented real-time data capturing Scanning/RFID tools

• implemented Planning/Finance module

• Analyze and define current processes, including people, steps, documents, and technology, for various scenarios.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design improved business processes aligned with industry best practices.

• Prepare configuration blueprints, customization designs, reports, and printout designs as per business requirements.

• Configure software, understand its capabilities, and ensure alignment with business needs.

• Develop and deliver user training, including training materials and documentation of standard operating procedures.

• Conduct system testing, simulate processes, execute test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing.

• Identify software gaps, project issues, and improvement opportunities, ensuring resolution from a business perspective.

• Provide immediate support during system go-live, including executing data conversion plans.
