implemented Planning/Finance module
Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze and define current processes, including people, steps, documents, and technology, for various scenarios.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design improved business processes aligned with industry best practices.
Prepare configuration blueprints, customization designs, reports, and printout designs as per business requirements.
Configure software, understand its capabilities, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Develop and deliver user training, including training materials and documentation of standard operating procedures.
Conduct system testing, simulate processes, execute test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
Identify software gaps, project issues, and improvement opportunities, ensuring resolution from a business perspective.
Provide immediate support during system go-live, including executing data conversion plans.
