Job Context:
∎ A reputed 100 % export oriented Woven Bottom items Factory located Adamjee EPZ, Narayanganj, is looking for potential candidates as Asst. Manage -HR and Compliance(Having Washing Plant Experience).
∎ Job location for the position is Factory at Adamjee EPZ, Narayanganj.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having working experience in washing plant minimum 5 years
∎ Recruitment Process for Selection
∎ Deliver a proactive service with particular emphasis on recruitment, policies and procedures, industrial relations, pay & compensation, performance management, grievance handling, training & development etc.
∎ Advice, guide and support the HR Team in adopting best HR Practice across the Organization.
∎ Checking Monthly salary sheet, Maternity bill, Provident fund bill prepared by Payroll
∎ Having working experience with buyers like H&M, Jcpenny, C&A, Khol's and others.
∎ Must have working experience in EPZ
∎ Underpresure working mentality
∎ Administration of overall compliance issues for the factories.
∎ Review & update compliance policies & procedures as per Bangladesh Labor Law, BEPZA Instructions & Clients requirement.
∎ Evaluate plans, policies, and procedures to identify gaps as they emerge.
∎ Prepare timely reports and presentations to Directors.
∎ Ensure Health & Safety Issues as per legal requirement.
∎ Conduct Internal Audit in different units & report findings and recommendations to Management
∎ Evaluate potential risk pertaining to Building, Fire, Electrical, Chemical, Environment & Occupational hazards.
∎ Maintain updated records [Policy, Record Register & etc]
∎ Ascertain that factory is compliant 24 / 7 for any unannounced audit
∎ Communicate with different legal Authority & Ministry or 3rd party for documents update.
∎ Accompany Social / Technical / Safety Audit.
∎ Follow up & implementation of post audit recommendations and timely revisions of Bangladesh Labor Law and EPZ law.
∎ Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
∎ Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
∎ Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.
∎ Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
∎ Serve as a confidential point of contact for employees to communicate with management, seek clarification on issues or dilemmas, or report irregularities.
∎ Maintain all documentation of compliance activities.
∎ Collaborate with human resources departments to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations.
∎ Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.
∎ Provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews.
∎ Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress.
∎ Monitor compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness.
∎ Report violations of compliance or regulatory standards to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate or required.
∎ Review or modify policies or operating guidelines to comply with all International Buyer Compliances or regulations.
∎ To ensure a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staff, and management personnel in the group. Recommend / Approval for confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer, discontinuation from service
∎ Any others job assigned by the management.
