• Supervise and manage all quality assurance activities from cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, packing to shipment.

• Develop and enforce SOPs, quality systems, and inspection procedures at each stage of production.

• Ensure inline and final audits are conducted as per buyer protocols.

• Take corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) on quality issues in coordination with production and merchandising teams.

• Interface with buyers’ QA teams and auditors for quality inspections and technical discussions.

• Ensure all products comply with customer standards, technical files, and AQL levels.

• Maintain audit records, reports, and documentation in compliance with buyer and internal requirements.

• Lead and manage the Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams across all departments.

• Conduct regular training sessions for quality inspectors, supervisors, and line staff on quality awareness and best practices.

• Build a strong quality culture across departments.

• Investigate root causes of quality defects and initiate action plans for resolution.

• Monitor rejection and rework levels; implement strategies to minimize both.

• Collaborate with the production team to eliminate process bottlenecks affecting quality.

• Monitor and report key quality metrics (e.g., DHU%, rejection%, rework%, AQL performance).

• Prepare periodic MIS reports for senior management.

• Implement Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen practices to improve quality and reduce waste.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with production and planning departments.
