Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and plan production as per demand.
∎ Schedule routine inspection and maintenance of production equipment to prevent. equipment break-downs and malfunctioning.
∎ Identify and report problems to prevent production delays.
∎ Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes.
∎ Support in employees interviewing, hiring and training new & old employees.
∎ Manage performance review, appraisals, and promotions for production employees.
∎ Ensure safety measures and procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards.
∎ Analyze overall budget and implement cost-optimization initiatives.
∎ Develops, implements, and supervises production, housekeeping and preventive maintenance schedules. Supervises time schedules, including holiday and vacation scheduling.
∎ Supervising and motivating a team of employees.
∎ Identifying training needs and ensuring proper training is provided & weekly/monthly meeting arrangement for all production employees.
∎ Proper use of R/M and spare parts and forecast required stock.
∎ Production, stock and delivery planning as per schedule.
∎ Inventory control.
∎ Any additional responsibilities approved or asked by management.

∎ Age at most 40 years

∎ Good Communication skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
