∎ Fanfare Bangladesh Ltd. the first social commerce platform in Bangladesh (a Singapore JV company) is looking to hire a digital marketing manager to support the marketing team in effectively promoting its campaigns and message across all digital channels
∎ About the job: This position must have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Special focus on Using Digital Marketing Tools & managing online contests and campaigns creatively.
∎ Objectives of this role
∎ Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for Fanfare.
∎ Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
∎ Work with the team of marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain digital presence
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, with the aim of acquiring new and retaining customers
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs across Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn & other channels)
∎ Identify insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights and flag low performances
∎ Ensure that the organisation's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
∎ Brainstorm new and creative digital growth strategies
∎ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion A/B tests
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to create digital design content and optimize (in-app) User experience
∎ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end (in-app) User experience across multiple channels and In-app.
∎ Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
∎ Administer the existing website(s).
∎ Reporting on digital marketing analytics such as Reach, Clicks, Engagement and Conversion etc.
∎ Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience in Digital Agency, ecommerce, or Online Marketing Company
∎ Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
∎ Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
∎ In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
∎ Ability to analyse User/customer metrics, reports, and trends
∎ Strong project management and managerial skills
∎ Excellent knowledge on idea generation, digital media and online contest & campaign management.
∎ In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
∎ Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends etc)
∎ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
∎ Proficiency in photo and video editing software
∎ Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
