  • PGD HRM degree preferred

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Strong knowledge in MS office and HR software (e.g. PiHR/ ERP).

  • Must have excellent analytical, negotiation and leadership skills, Professionalism, problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication & written skills both in English & Bangla.

  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings and selection.

  • Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees.

  • Promote a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion.

  • Should have knowledge on KPI/ Performance Management systems.

  • Identify training needs and create professional development programs.

  • Ensure payroll compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Utilize HR software to streamline and optimize HR processes.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events and activities.

  • Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, photocopiers.

  • Arrange travel and accommodations for staff as required.
