Experience:
PGD HRM degree preferred
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge in MS office and HR software (e.g. PiHR/ ERP).
Must have excellent analytical, negotiation and leadership skills, Professionalism, problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication & written skills both in English & Bangla.
Thorough understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings and selection.
Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees.
Promote a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion.
Should have knowledge on KPI/ Performance Management systems.
Identify training needs and create professional development programs.
Ensure payroll compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Utilize HR software to streamline and optimize HR processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Assist in planning and coordinating company events and activities.
Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, photocopiers.
Arrange travel and accommodations for staff as required.
