Responsibilities & Context:
We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Manager in our IT Department at PASHA Group. As a leading manufacturer of electrical equipment, PASHA is committed to excellence and innovation in our industry. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Operations team and drive success in our organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle ERP implementation (planning, design, development, testing, go-live, and support).
Analyze and map business processes to ERP system modules.
Manage data migration, system integration, and documentation.
Coordinate with department heads to gather and validate requirements.
Conduct training sessions and ensure knowledge transfer to end users.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of servers, networks, and IT hardware/software.
Familiarity with CCTV setup, maintenance and security management.
Manage and monitor LAN/WAN networks and ensure stable and secure network connections.
Oversee internet connectivity, firewall, and Wi-Fi systems to ensure high availability.
Maintain and troubleshoot desktop/laptop computers, printers, UPS, and network equipment.
