We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Manager in our IT Department at PASHA Group. As a leading manufacturer of electrical equipment, PASHA is committed to excellence and innovation in our industry. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Operations team and drive success in our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle ERP implementation (planning, design, development, testing, go-live, and support).

• Analyze and map business processes to ERP system modules.

• Manage data migration, system integration, and documentation.

• Coordinate with department heads to gather and validate requirements.

• Conduct training sessions and ensure knowledge transfer to end users.

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of servers, networks, and IT hardware/software.

• Familiarity with CCTV setup, maintenance and security management. 

• Manage and monitor LAN/WAN networks and ensure stable and secure network connections.

• Oversee internet connectivity, firewall, and Wi-Fi systems to ensure high availability.

• Maintain and troubleshoot desktop/laptop computers, printers, UPS, and network equipment.
