1.Must be a retired army personnel 2.Physically fit and medically sound 3.Strong discipline, integrity, and sense of responsibility 4.Prior experience in VIP security / personal protection will be preferred 5.Ability to handle emergency situations calmly 6.Good communication and observation skills

1. Ensure round-the-clock safety and security of the Managing Director

2. Accompany the MD to office, meetings, site visits, and all official/personal travel

3. Conduct advance security checks of locations before MD’s arrival

4. Monitor surroundings and identify potential threats or suspicious activities

5. Plan and manage secure travel routes and movements

6. Coordinate with drivers, office admin, and local security teams

7. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding MD’s schedule, movements, and personal matters

8. Be prepared to respond quickly to emergency or crisis situations

9. Control access and ensure unauthorized persons do not approach the MD

10. Maintain daily security reports/logs of movements and incidents

11. Perform basic risk assessment and suggest preventive measures

12. Assist in crowd control during events, meetings, or public appearances

13. Stay alert and physically prepared at all times during duty

14. Ensure proper communication equipment readiness (mobile, walkie, etc.)

15. Support in residential security if required
