Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Environmental Science/ Chemical Management.
∎ University of Dhaka, Rajshahi University, Jahangirnagar University students will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for implementation of all procedure, work instruction related to Environment & Chemical.
∎ Actively participating in different certification & buyer audit like GTW, GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS, ISO 14001, Higg FEM etc.
∎ ETP monitoring & other flowmeter monitoring file checking.
∎ Communication with buyer, Audit firm and presenting sustainability related practice of the organization.
∎ Ensuring proper water & Energy management, waste management, air emission management etc.
∎ Overall Chemical management monitoring (expired chemical, TDS, MSDS & Label check, Chemical certification management, RSL & MRSL declaration ensuring, working for chemical related target implementation, implementation of chemical purchase procedure.
∎ To ensure proper chemical management system (CMS) as per ZDHC & Brand standard, Environmental Management System (EMS) & Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) management system.
∎ To ensure Energy, Water, Wastewater & Waste management with reduction plan & Implementation.
∎ Responsible to manage & reduce GHG emission to improve Climate condition.
∎ To ensure ZDHC MRSL, AFRIM RSL & Brand RSL & MRSL at Input, Process & Output also Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Phase out for any failure.
∎ Responsible to implement Environmental & Chemical management system as per GRS standard
∎ Responsible to implement INDITEX sustainability program GTW with CFW (Excellent).
∎ Developing all environment and chemical related Policy, Plan & Procedure.
∎ To ensure chemical risk assessment based on use & product safety.
∎ Evaluation Environmental aspect, impact, mitigation measure as per EIA and EMP.
∎ Responsible to ensure all kind of EMS, CMS, EHS related training to employees.
∎ Preparing & Implement a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) regarding audit finding.
∎ To ensure wastewater testing as per brand requirement ZDHC guideline, DETOX program, STeP & DoE.
∎ To ensure Chemical test according to brand requirement on both form raw & applied form.
∎ Also Experienced with various auditing system like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX 4P, SLCP/FSLM & Brands COC.
∎ Communication with customers (Brand, Buying house) & Supplier (Raw materials).
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ Must have experience working closely with H&M, C&A, INDITEX Brands.
