Title: Asst. General Manager / Sr. Manager - Chest Printing (Machine & Table Printing)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up on delivery deadlines to meet customer requirements.
∎ Implement Printing Development SOPs through the team.
∎ To communicate with merchandiser as well as buyer to solve any technical issues.
∎ Ensure the required availability of Dyes, Chemicals and other Accessories for printing.
∎ Collect and check necessary documents for all chemicals as per chemical complaints and customer RSL requirements.
∎ Develop the quality standard and implementation rules for achieving the quality of the Chest Printing both for Machine & Table floor Produced.
∎ Ensure full implementation of quality performance within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Determine the operational quality performance of the product as per buyers' requirement.
∎ Maintain and improves product quality by Monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and Technical support.
∎ Collaborate with other departments of management to develop the product, SOP, and training methods.
∎ Conducts audits and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production team.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product.
∎ Output review against the sample. Follow up first output Printed parts Quality Report.
∎ Deal with the critical operation, quality points, and explain to the Production & Quality team.
∎ Conduct any other assignment to be given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have patient to work under pressure.
∎ Good Knowledge of Knit fabric Chest Printing quality.
∎ Good Knowledge & Experience in Machine Produced Printing and also Table Printing products.
∎ Fluent in writing & speaking English.
∎ Experienced in MS office Specially MS Excel & PowerPoint
