∎ Training/Trade Course: Technical training on fabric printing
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Problem solving and decision making, Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
All over printing, Chemical Management, Fabrics Printing Production of any large Printing industry., Printing chemicals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the production planning team to develop a printing schedule that aligns with overall production goals.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of printed fabrics to meet production deadlines.
∎ Oversee the printing process from start to finish, ensuring that all equipment is properly set up and maintained.
∎ Monitor the quality of printed fabrics and implement corrective measures when necessary.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues related to printing equipment and processes.
∎ Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that printed fabrics meet established standards.
∎ Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any issues related to print quality.
∎ Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure an adequate supply of printing materials, inks, and dyes.
∎ Manage inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to avoid production delays.
∎ Supervise and lead a team of printing technicians and operators.
∎ Provide training and guidance to ensure that the team performs at its best.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
∎ Ensure that all printing processes adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
∎ Implement safety training programs for printing staff.
∎ Work closely with design and production teams to understand the printing requirements for each garment.
∎ Collaborate with other department heads to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in printing
