Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing the overall HR, Admin & Compliance related activities of the Factory effectively & efficiently.
∎ Prepare and implement HR policies and procedures as per management guidelines also develop, review, and improve the administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Prepare HR budget, Manpower budget, and Manpower planning as per requirement.
∎ Develop, implement, follow up & upgrade employee's JD &KPI.
∎ Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety, etc.
∎ Develop and implement an effective performance management system, also design & implement a reward system.
∎ Monitor Disciplinary actions & effectiveness of departmental inquiry & grievance.
∎ Responsible to make and implement Company HR & Compliance policies as per local law and different buyer's code of conduct.
∎ To prepare the factory for facing different audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, H & M COC Standard, social/ethical/environmental/technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
∎ Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil Defense department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation, etc.
∎ Ensure appropriate employee On-Boarding programs are managed well.
∎ Ensure all HR Services tasks are done on time and without interruption.
∎ Ensure transportation management (Scheduling, tracking, maintenance & documentation) and submit reports to the management on a monthly basis.

∎ Age 36 to 40 years
∎ Commitment to promoting organizational values.
∎ Good interpersonal and liaison skills.
∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner.
∎ Excellent command over written and spoken English to write reports, memos, proposals, and presentations and conduct telephonic communications, etc.
∎ Able to spot the need for change and drive L&D process improvement efforts.
∎ Good Computer knowledge of MS Office, and Internet correspondence.
