∎ Age 32 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure 100% utilization of the knitting capacity of the factory.Manage knitting sourcing, pricing, and costing as per guidelines provided by management.
∎ Guide the team to prepare knitting plans according to Fabric TNA (Time and Action) and coordinate with the planning team to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD).
∎ Maintain close coordination with external factories, production, and planning teams to meet TNA/OTD deadlines.Fabric Requirements & Technical Support:
∎ Analyze fabric requirements provided by the marketing department and offer technical support for fabric development.
∎ Collaborate with both internal marketing teams and external technical teams to develop new innovations and meet the special requirements of buyers, while staying updated with fashion trends.Team Coordination:
∎ Plan and direct activities by coordinating with other department heads, ensuring smooth operations.
∎ Conduct complaint reviews, product failure analysis, and corrective actions with the appropriate personnel.Other Responsibilities:
∎ Take on any additional responsibilities assigned by management, ensuring seamless operations across the knitting production team.
