Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage the fabric inspection team to ensure efficient workflow.
Develop and implement inspection procedures and quality control standards.
Conduct detailed inspections of fabrics for defects such as weaving faults, color variations, stains, or damages.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results and prepare reports for management.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, industry regulations, and company policies.
Train and mentor staff on inspection techniques and quality standards.
Monitor fabric storage and handling to prevent damage or contamination.
Work closely with production and merchandising teams to align inspection outcomes with delivery schedules.
Continuously improve inspection processes to enhance efficiency and reduce rejections.
