Set recovery targets and take effective actions to achieve them.
Regularly monitor the market and plan, organize, and execute due and overdue collections.
Work confidently and strategically to achieve quarterly recovery targets.
Ensure recovery of outstanding credit amounts from the market.
Conduct physical visits to all overdue customers.
Identify any credit-related legal issues and coordinate with the company’s Legal Department as required.
Assess customers’ financial capability and ensure timely collection of payments.
Prepare customer-wise recovery plans and implement them through the recovery and sales teams.
Prepare regular credit and recovery reports for supervisors and senior management.
Conduct site visits for new distribution applicants, complete verification, and prepare evaluation reports.
