∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, Civil 3D, Civil Construction, Civil Construction works
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Creating detailed drawings for construction projects, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory standards.
∎ • Structural Design & Analysis by ETABS or Equivalent software.
∎ • Ensuring that projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental laws.
∎ • Overseeing the entire construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
∎ • Choosing appropriate construction materials and techniques to optimize durability, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
∎ • Work closely with official consultant to coordinate and execute the projects successfully.
∎ • Utilizing CAD software and other engineering tools for drafting and design tasks.
∎ • Good knowledge of basic engineering functions like Civil RCC drawing, site preparation, ground leveling, concrete foundation and finishing work.
∎ • Have sound skills on Auto CAD 2D & 3D.
∎ • Overseeing the entire construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
∎ • Monitoring construction progress, quality control, and safety on-site to ensure that projects are completed as planned.
∎ • Working closely with nominated consultant.
