Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 10 Years working experience in human resources management is preferred

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops and implements human resource strategies that support achievement of the hotel's goals.
∎ Monitors status regularly and adjusts strategies as appropriate.
∎ Assists in the development the annual budget in conjunction with the Executive Committee.
∎ Effectively develop and manage the Human Resource department budget.
∎ Coaches managers on effective ways to motivate employees, communicate performance expectations, manage employee performance and recognize exemplary service.
∎ Work with Legal and the regional HR department to coordinate the hotel's response to legal claims regarding the employment relationships.
∎ Create, communicate and enforce employee related policies and ensure that employees adhere to employment rules and regulations.
∎ Create a safe environment for guests, employees and community by creating, communicating and enforcing safety, loss prevention, and business resiliency standards.
∎ Keep Top Management promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
∎ Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position
∎ Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment
∎ At all times projects a favorable image of the Hotel to the public
∎ Adhere & abide by all Brand rules, regulations, Policies & Procedures.
∎ Ensures all regulatory compliance issues.
∎ Actively support and promote Workplace Health and Safety within the work environment
∎ Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the General Manager or his/her designate

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Excellent Communication skills.
∎ Proven training & development skills.
∎ Effective skills in labor relation.
∎ Sound Knowledge & implementation skills in labor law.
∎ Pleasant personality to deal with people management.
∎ Experienced in international five star Hotel will be added advantage.
∎ Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example work style .
∎ Capable creating highly competitive and result driven team culture.
∎ Ability to resolve problems.
∎ Well Conversant working with HR Budget, payroll linden with revenue and manpower planning.

Salary:
∎ As per company policy
