Experience:

• At least 1 year

Graduation / Post Graduation from a UGC approved institution on relevant subject. No 3rd division is allowed.

• At least 1 year

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience; prior exposure to insurance products will be considered an added advantage.

• Training from Bangladesh Insurance Academy or other insurance-related qualifications will be preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities.

• Demonstrated presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within deadlines.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bangla.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Professional appearance and conduct when engaging with stakeholders.

Maintaining effective liaison with branch officials, internal business units, insurance partners, regulators, and other relevant stakeholders to support the smooth functioning and growth of Bancassurance business.

Bancassurance

• Support the development and growth of the overall Bancassurance business by coordinating with all relevant internal business channels and insurance partners to ensure effective execution of business strategies.

• Prepare and maintain a comprehensive Bancassurance database and dashboard for accurate tracking, MIS reporting, and regular reconciliation.

• Provide continuous support to business channels by addressing product- and process-related queries and facilitating smooth operations.

• Manage and strengthen stakeholder relationships both internal and external to ensure alignment with overall MTB Bancassurance goals.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of all Bancassurance products and services offered by the bank in collaboration with insurance partners, and support dissemination of relevant product information to all business channels.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and personal development to enhance individual effectiveness and contribute to the overall success of MTB Bancassurance.

• Prepare slides, trainings materials & e-mail drafts for external/internal usage.
