Additional Requirements:
  • At least 1 years of relevant work experience (Preferably in-store & Inventory management)

  • Good knowledge and skills in storage operation and distribution

  • Sound knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control processes, and data analytics

  • Prior experience in retail or large-scale distribution systems will be considered an added advantage

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills

  • Any certification in logistics & Warehouse operation will be preferred



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using ERP systems and data analysis tools, including reconciliation and perpetual audits.

  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and physical stock verifications to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

  • Analyze inventory data to detect mismatches, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.

  • Prepare and present detailed inventory reports and insights to management for decision-making.

  • Collaborate with order and product management teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate stock availability.

  • Investigate product discrepancies, implement corrective measures, and monitor outcomes for continuous improvement.

  • Monitor storage costs and identify opportunities to reduce operational expenses.

  • Drive process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and minimize operational costs.

  • Optimize stock levels by analyzing trends and consumption data to reduce excess inventory while ensuring product availability.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation

  • Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
