Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct surveys for clients, mentors, and training rooms, and select participants according to program requirements.
∎ Organise meetings and coordinate with clients and mentors.
∎ Guide clients in implementing their business knowledge and conduct activity-based training sessions.
∎ Identify clients' challenges and provide solutions.
∎ Establish a network with potential employers.
∎ Provide support to clients in creating bank accounts.
∎ Prepare bill vouchers, budgets, and maintain documents.
∎ Practice, promote, and apply the safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in all actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Some experience in technical and vocational education project / programme will be preferred.
