3 - 8 years of experience in respective or similar job role as permanent employee in Banks.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient in using banking software.
Excellent in communication and presenting insightful reports.
Self-motivated having the ability to work independently and take initiative to reach the result.
Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage drawdown of Corporate and SME loans, ensuring correct rates, tenors, repayment schedules, and compliance.
Monitor realization of matured loans and execute prepayments, extensions, mergers, and restructuring as approved.
Maintain accurate customer data across all systems.
Verify daily transaction reports the following day by alternate officers.
Update interest rates, pricing, and tenors in systems as per approval.
Handle loan restructuring/rescheduling in line with approved and regulatory terms.
Post journal entries accurately following approved processes.
Test Core Banking System (CBS) issues related to lending before implementation; escalate exceptions promptly.
Ensure systematic recordkeeping and archiving as per retention policy.
Facilitate internal and external audits by providing required documents, data, and timely responses to audit queries.
Implement audit recommendations and ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory audit requirements and guidance.
