Education:
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business / HRM / Public Administration / Economics or related disciplines from a UGC-approved university.

  • No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets will be an advantage.

  • Comfortable working with HRIS and digital workflow systems.

  • Ability to prepare concise management reports and decision-ready summaries.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills in both Bangla and English.

  • Sound understanding of Bangladesh labor practices, HR compliance, confidentiality, and documentation standards.

  • Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple HR priorities simultaneously.



Responsibilities & Context:

(a) Organization Development (OD)

  • Support organizational diagnostics, employee surveys, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Assist in reviewing HR policies, SOPs, workflows, and departmental RACI structures.

  • Coordinate performance management activities including KPI tracking, calibration, documentation, and reporting.

  • Prepare OD-related presentations, internal communication materials, and implementation briefs.

  • Monitor HR metrics and support leadership with data-backed insights.


(b) Rewards & Compensation

  • Support salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, and benefits administration activities.

  • Assist in annual increment, promotion, incentive, and performance-linked compensation processes.

  • Maintain compensation records, HR dashboards, and audit-ready documentation.

  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accuracy of HR data submissions.

  • Prepare analytical reports on employee cost, turnover trends, and compensation effectiveness.


(c) Employee Relations (ER)

  • Maintain positive employee relations through timely communication and issue resolution.

  • Support grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement activities.

  • Coordinate onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and exit-related documentation and communication.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and Bangladesh labor practices.

  • Assist in arranging awareness sessions, employee events, and culture-building initiatives.
