Experience:
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business / HRM / Public Administration / Economics or related disciplines from a UGC-approved university.
No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets will be an advantage.
Comfortable working with HRIS and digital workflow systems.
Ability to prepare concise management reports and decision-ready summaries.
Strong interpersonal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Sound understanding of Bangladesh labor practices, HR compliance, confidentiality, and documentation standards.
Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple HR priorities simultaneously.
Support organizational diagnostics, employee surveys, and process improvement initiatives.
Assist in reviewing HR policies, SOPs, workflows, and departmental RACI structures.
Coordinate performance management activities including KPI tracking, calibration, documentation, and reporting.
Prepare OD-related presentations, internal communication materials, and implementation briefs.
Monitor HR metrics and support leadership with data-backed insights.
Support salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, and benefits administration activities.
Assist in annual increment, promotion, incentive, and performance-linked compensation processes.
Maintain compensation records, HR dashboards, and audit-ready documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accuracy of HR data submissions.
Prepare analytical reports on employee cost, turnover trends, and compensation effectiveness.
Maintain positive employee relations through timely communication and issue resolution.
Support grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and exit-related documentation and communication.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and Bangladesh labor practices.
Assist in arranging awareness sessions, employee events, and culture-building initiatives.
