Education:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance / Banking / Accounting / Accounting & Information Systems or related discipline from a UGC-approved university.
No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.

- Age 18 to 45 years
1–2 years of experience in banks or financial institutions with hands-on experience in customer support, dispute management, or accounts reconciliation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Ability to multitask with strong presentation and coordination skills.
Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
Attend to and resolve customer complaints and queries submitted through the VOC Application.
Perform reconciliation and dispute management of digital transactions across MFS, E-Commerce, and Open Banking partners.
Prepare monthly reconciliation and commission earning reports.
Report operational issues to senior management, end users, and relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain required operational documentation.
