Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee, monitor, and report all regulatory and compliance issues of the company.
∎ Provide professional advice to management for betterment of compliance process within the company.
∎ Review and develop internal control design of the company to ensure that all regulatory requirements are efficiently and effectively addressed.
∎ Develop a compliance culture within the company.
∎ Maintain liaison with regulators and other government bodies on various matters.
∎ Assist Internal Audit team in performing audits.
∎ Work closely with Legal Team or any other party on different legal and compliance matters.
