Job Context:
∎ Claims Settlement.
∎ Customer care service by emails, telephonic conversations, Documentation etc.
∎ Identifying manipulated claims
∎ Providing cashless hospitalization facility to clients.
∎ Investigation of claims
∎ Countrywide Guardian Life preferred hospital network establishment and servicing.
∎ Lead small group with innovative planning & leadership qualities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Error free & justified Claims settlement with highest level of professional dignity.
∎ Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail both in claim settlement & manipulated claim identification.
∎ Claim investigation.
∎ Achieving maximum level of client satisfaction through proper email correspondences, telephonic conversations, timely claim settlement, ensuring smooth hospitalization service and regular update to clients.
∎ Maintain liaison and good relationship with Guardian Life Hospital network to ensure smooth cashless hospitalization for clients.
∎ Self-motivated regarding personality, Learning attitude, Executive smartness, Sincerity, Punctuality, Reliability & Relationship with colleagues & Clients.
∎ Proficiency in English both speaking and writing with standard typing speed in both Bangla & English.
∎ Strong organization and planning skills
∎ Ability to maintain schedules and commitments under pressure
∎ Enthusiastic in completing any task assigned by Head of the Department.
