Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing strong pipeline of good quality investment opportunities;
∎ Preparing project appraisal reports, financial models, risk grading models, agenda papers, memos, presentations for CRM/CC/Board meetings;
∎ Reviewing and finalizing loan documents;
∎ Fund arrangements deals through preparing IM, financial model, meeting with potential lenders and closing deals;
∎ Performing agency function and monitoring financial, operational, environmental & social performance of projects;
∎ Preparing necessary reporting for credit lines from MDBs/DFIs;
∎ Meeting prospective clients, maintaining liaison with regulatory authorities, bilateral and multifunctional institutions, etc.
