Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any or Social Science discipline or relevant professional degree preferably from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly and annual training program and prepare implementation plans.
∎ Support to arrange introductory sessions, meeting and others.
∎ Support to prepare training reports.
∎ Support to prepare training Objectives, Module, Schedule and its budget.
∎ Support to the production of classroom materials, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
∎ Work together in team and support the colleagues to accelerate the project activities.
∎ Support to design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness, track out training outcomes and employees work behavior.
∎ Keep record of the training related issues.
∎ Provide feedback to program participants and management.
∎ Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
∎ Play active role to recruit the National Teachers (NT), Burmese Language Instructor (BLI) and others.
∎ Support to conduct dialogue with parents, community and other stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skills, especially writing and speaking skills in English.
∎ Proven experience in designing multiple training events.
∎ Familiarity with traditional and Communicative training methods, tools and techniques.
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ Sound computer knowledge.
