Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation Level Concentrating in Business/English/IR from any Reputed educational institution. Having MBA or Masters in English/IR will be an added advantage.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assistant Training Manager shall be the representative of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka to ensure 5 Star Standard Training Facilitation and execution of Corporate Guidelines for Service to our Associates, handle every L&D related issues efficiently, courteously, and professionally. Also, assist Human Capital & Development Manager for the overall operations of the Learning & Development Section of the Hotel. The incumbent has to perform the following duties but not limited to, as follows:
∎ Planning & Execution of Learning & Development Programs related with "on the job" and "off the job" annually, in consultation with the Line Managers as per guidance of the Management and Corporate office.
∎ Prepare Annual L&D Budget and get approval from the top management for implementation.
∎ Conduct L&D Need Assessment (LNA) at different levels of Management/Associates in the Hotel and provide necessary Learning & Development Plan.
∎ Maintain liaison and mutual cooperation with Training Institutions for external courses and creating new development opportunities.
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly training calendar in line with the guidance of Corporate Office.
∎ Conduct & coordinate regular in-house Learning & Development programs and looking for development opportunities for the Human Capital of the Hotel.
∎ Evaluate quarterly the results of L&D efforts towards management development and also maintain proper documentation of the L&D Activities.
∎ Any other lawful assignment given by the competent authority as and when required basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Training & Development Activities preferably in Hospitality Industry or MNC or large Conglomerates.
∎ Ability to implement and maintain PPSD Learning & Development & other relevant policy.
∎ Should possess strong networking capability, entertaining clients, ability to plan ahead and ready to work under pressure.
∎ Not more than 35 (thirty-five) years of age as of Last date of submitting the application.
∎ Age & Experience limit may be relaxed for extraordinary candidates as per the discretion of the Management.
∎ Other Requirements:
∎ Presentable personality, well groomed, courteous and excellent inter-personal relationship skills.
∎ Excellent command over English and Bangla. Other language proficiency will be counted as an added advantage.
∎ Familiar with MS Office package and Internet Browsing.
∎ Strong Leadership skills & administrative capabilities are required to run the section smoothly.
∎ Should have a "Can Do Attitude".
∎ Ready to work extra hours irrespective of Duty schedule based on emergency situations.
