Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M. Sc. in Agriculture/Horticulture/Agronomy from any recognized university/ institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and provide technical advice and support to Sr. Project Officer by field visit and follow-up of the activities regularly for effective implementation of the project activities.
∎ Prepare training plan, cash distribution plan and procurement plan, keep tracking on the budget spending and ensure agro-inputs are reached to the project beneficiaries for quality implementation of the project.
∎ Coordination with CIC, CMA to ensure monthly camp-based report submission and keep intensive communication with other HCMP sectors to ensure synergy and better result of the project.
∎ Facilitate donor visit, liaison with stakeholders and represent stakeholders' coordination meeting for successful implementation of the project.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports, observation reports and expenditure reports.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
