Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in CSE/EEE/Any Science Background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot Computers and computer related accessories.
∎ Circuit level repair experience with UPS & AVR.
∎ Assembling and repair experience with Several Brand Printer/ Photocopier.
∎ Assembling and repair experience Several Brand Desktop/Laptop.
∎ Testing and verifying hardware and support peripherals.
∎ Analyzing user needs and recommending hardware.
∎ Ensuring system operation in conformance with specifications.
∎ Prioritizes requests based on severity of problem and impact to user's productivity and overall ASA IT operations.
∎ Configures new and existing PCs by installation of appropriate operating system, software etc. as outlined mentioned in the guidelines and user's specific job requirement.
∎ Crating issues regarding the ICT related problem in the online issue tracking Software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have work experience in UPS/AVR/Printer repair in any reputed Organization.
∎ Must have ability to work under strict deadline.
∎ Able to work independently & under pressure
∎ Must be a team player
∎ Must be non-Smoker
∎ Science Graduate or B.Sc. in CSE/EEE will get preference.
∎ Minimum 2 years working experience with good track record as IT support staff.
∎ Hands on training in Hardware troubleshooting from a reputed institute.
∎ Good problem solving skills.
Salary: Tk. 20350 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tk. 20,350/- per month (consolidated) during probation period. Probation period will be 1 (one) year. After successful completion of the probationary period the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA along with the benefit like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, two Festival Allowance, Nobo Borsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed.
