Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in CSE/IT/MIS/Software Engineering/ECE/EEE or equivalent and relevant engineering degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining Computer systems and Networks, Laptops, Tablet, Printers, Scanners etc. and IT related accessories deployed in branches.
∎ Providing functional and operational support for in-house developed software i.e. Microfinance Management System, Asset Management, HR managements, Internal Fund Management etc.
∎ Installing, configuring and monitoring end point security solutions, including antivirus software and router/firewalls systems to detect and respond to security incidents.
∎ Collaborating with network and systems administrators to ensure that endpoint security solutions are integrated into the organization's overall security posture.
∎ Maintaining and ensuring security policies and procedures for end-users, guidelines for password management, email security, and the use of portable devices.
∎ Providing training to end users.
∎ Providing technical support across the organization having specific problems related to IT devices like PC, Laptop, Printer, TAB, UPS and installing Software Application.
∎ Identifying source of specific problems and resolving problem in an accurate and timely manner.
∎ Prioritizing requests based on severity of problem and impact to users productivity and overall ASA IT operations.
∎ Using online issue tracking Software (i.e. JIRA) for creating issues and getting solutions regarding any IT related problem.
∎ Maintaining IT store in district level.
∎ Providing support for 30-40 branches in a district over the phone or in person.
∎ Undertake any other lawful responsibilities as assigned by the office/supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Having working experience in Network & Hardware trouble shooting or software support in any reputed NGO/Organization will get preference.
∎ Able to work independently & under pressure.
∎ Should have minimum 2 years working experience with good track record as IT support staff.
∎ Should have hands on training in hardware trouble shooting from a reputed institution.
∎ Should have experience of driving motorcycle. Having a valid driving license will get preference.
∎ Proven computer skills including MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Power point etc.) and data Management Software.
∎ Good problem-solving skills.
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in English communication.
∎ Must be non-Smoker.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 28750 (Monthly)
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhy), Welfare Fund and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed as per ASA's rules and regulations.
