Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in CSE/ IT/ MIS/ Software Engineering/ ECE/ EEE or equivalent and relevant engineering degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review requirements related specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
∎ Create a detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases and maintain test case repository.
∎ Design, develop, execute both manual and automation scripts.
∎ Track all discovered issues, defects and validate fixes as provided by developers.
∎ Design and develop SQL Script to extract data from database and match data with application.
∎ Ensure that testing activities guide development to meet the business requirements and systems goals.
∎ Work with internal teams to identify system requirements.
∎ Collaborate with team members and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
∎ Must be able to work in multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Learn new technologies, tools, and techniques quickly amid minimal supervision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Proven work experience in Software Quality Assurance domain.
∎ Sound knowledge about SDLC (Familiar with Agile Methodology) and STLC.
∎ Familiar with Desktop, Web and Mobile application testing.
∎ Familiar with project management tool like JIRA.
∎ Ability to write clear and comprehensible test cases.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of SQL.
∎ Must be familiar with relational database Microsoft SQL Server.
∎ Must be familiar with IDE - Microsoft Visual Studio/Eclipse, SSMS.
∎ Must be familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML etc.
∎ Experience with test automation technologies like Selenium, Appium etc. is beneficial.
∎ API & Load testing experience is beneficial.
∎ Should be intelligent, mature and level-headed individual seeking long-term future with the organization.
∎ Should be able to work on second shift (2:00pm to 9:00pm) as required.
∎ The applicant must be a non-smoker.
∎ Must have very strong analytical ability.
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
∎ Smart and well-conversant with professionalism.
∎ Good written & verbal communication skill in English & Bengali.
Salary:
∎ Up to 30,000/- (Per month) during probation period. Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Nabobarsha Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed to the regularized employee on successful completion of the probation period.
