• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Age At least 22 years
• Only Male

• Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of fiber laser marking machinery at customer sites in accordance with specifications and safety standards.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all mechanical and electrical devices promptly.

• Experienced in the installation of any kinds of fiber laser machinery.

• Diagnose technical faults and effectively troubleshoot equipment issues.

• Coordinate with the office to ensure the availability and timely replacement of necessary spare parts.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

• Performing routine preventative maintenance, cleaning equipment, and monitoring system level.

• Prepare and submit service reports to the service manager in a timely manner.

• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures during all service activities.

• Available for service support 24/7.
