Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve individual target on daily, weekly and monthly basis set by respective Department.
∎ Ensure smooth business operation at Agent outlets / UDCs maintaining compliance.
∎ Follow up day to day activities of Agent outlets / UDCs and being in touch with Head Office regarding any instruction/ Circular/ guideline.
∎ Relation build up with local potential customer to promote financial literacy.
∎ Ensure proper service to each and every customer as per bank policy.
∎ Reporting and maintain proper MIS.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Work experience in Agent Banking Outlet /as Agent User will get preference

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary and Designation will depend on the experience and background of the selected candidates
