Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

Bachelors (BBA)/Masters (MBA) (Finance & Banking/ Accounting/Marketing or in any relevant discipline) from any reputed University with good academic result.

• 2 to 5 years

• At least 02 (two) to 05 (Five) years practical experiences in Bank/NBFI, and particularly in Home Loan/Auto Loan in Chattogram areas.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and Leadership skills.

• Able to excel in high-pressure situations.

General Responsibilities:

• Responsible for generating business of Home Loan/Auto Loan and achieve sales target in Chattogram area.

• Maintain strong relationships with the Car Vendors & developers to collect potential customer references.

• Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers and Prepare accurate submission of credit memos/proposals.

• Maintain close liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders i.e., CRM, Operations, Legal and others.

• Ensure compliance as per regulator’s and organization`s policy and guideline.
