At least 02 (two) to 05 (Five) years practical experiences in Bank/NBFI, and particularly in Home Loan/Auto Loan in Chattogram areas.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and Leadership skills.
Able to excel in high-pressure situations.

General Responsibilities:
Responsible for generating business of Home Loan/Auto Loan and achieve sales target in Chattogram area.
Maintain strong relationships with the Car Vendors & developers to collect potential customer references.
Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers and Prepare accurate submission of credit memos/proposals.
Maintain close liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders i.e., CRM, Operations, Legal and others.
Ensure compliance as per regulator’s and organization`s policy and guideline.
