Responsibilities & Context:
Assistant Relationship Manager will communicate with the existing clients & Anchor’s base for retention and expansion of business and service improvement based on feedback and post service analysis. Always exploring new Anchor’s & maintaining excellent relationship for expending asset portfolio of constant growth.
Build positive & proactive relationships with Suppliers and Anchors for the growth of SCF business and achieving business target
Attending existing clients to solve their anchor’s issue (Un-allocation, Recourse, Pending Invoices Query or any dispute regarding invoice payments)
Coordination during onboarding new Corporate Anchors & analyze the Risk factor as well as
Maintain an Anchor grading data to identify the Business opportunity & Risk issue
Verification of Invoices & Work order to process with disbursement
Early alert regarding NPL of SCF portfolio
