Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
At least 5 year(s) Textile Background will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need one person for the quality controller position.
∎ Have an Idea of all kinds of measurements.
∎ Setting QA departmental objectives and ensuring that targets/KPIs are achieved.
∎ Maintaining awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues.
∎ Ensuring product conformity through in-line & end line inspection.
∎ Responsible to ensure that quality defects are being reduced from all the respective process (incoming, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, AQL, final inspection, etc. process) by analyzing root causes & implementing effective corrective action.
∎ Responsible to coordinate with another department to solve any quality issues.
∎ Responsible to provide any quality-related information/advice to the sub-ordinate.
∎ Must have vast experience working with a factory (Minimum 2-3 years) and foreign buying house (2 years ) independently on CM /FOB basis business in Garment Industry.
∎ Communicate with Buyers for day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
∎ Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow.
∎ Foreign buying office experience preferred.
∎ Technically sound on Fabric Quality, consumption, trims, accessories, and pricing and should have good sourcing capacity both local & overseas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must need to have own motorbike and driving license.
∎ Candidates having experience are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising in
∎ Garments and Buying House.
∎ Vital oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good command of MS Office.
∎ Factory visits can be anywhere surrounding Dhaka.
∎ Additional TA/DA will be provided for the factory visit.
