Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop total quality assurance system.
∎ To establish all reports/formats for quality assurance system.
∎ Allocate and train up existing quality personnel as per your QA system.
∎ To be responsible to maintain specific customer's quality standards in every stage of production.
∎ To coordinate with customers quality controllers
∎ To check in house fabrics as arrived and before cutting.
∎ To ensure that production dept. fulfill order quantity with given consumption.
∎ To ensure all cut panels checked after cutting and after received from print/embroidery.
∎ To conduct inline and final inspection as per specific customer AQL/quality level.
∎ To work with merchandisers, production team and store to assist all samples and bulk productions as per customer standards.
∎ To organize PP meeting for every combo.
∎ To ensure Trim cards made in due time.
∎ To fulfill any other task given by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred age in between 30 to 35 years.
∎ Ability to work as a Team Member as well as independently.
∎ Must be capable of multitasking,
∎ Able to handle extensive pressure.
∎ Should be result oriented energetic, with Self-Driven attitude.
∎ Good command on both Bengali and English writing and speaking.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill.
