Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Master Degree in Social science or any relevant subject from any recognized UGC approved university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct the Girl Shine session and group activities.
∎ Collaborate in the development of curricula, tools and other resources for Girl Shine program.
∎ Design and implement activities tailored to age and vulnerability type.
∎ Identify delivery methods and languages that make activity content accessible to all members.
∎ Follow the SOP of Girl Shine program and ensure that activities are tailored to the context.
∎ Gather the feedback on activities, schedule and methodologies used.
∎ Review and incorporate activity feedback received by adolescent girls and caregivers
∎ Monitor the quality and impact of activities.
∎ Support IEC material development.
∎ Provide support to colleagues in relation to material, administrative and logistical needs to enable their work efficiently.
∎ Conduct Safety Audit to assess safety and security concerns for women and girls.
∎ Prepare weekly, bi-weekly report and monthly as well for partner and sectoral use of HCMP, BRAC.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Have knowledge or willingness to learn and challenge oneself and others regarding gender roles, power relationships and gender-based violence
∎ Needs experience and skills in working with leaders and influencers in the community.
∎ Patient, persuasive and have the confidence and experience needed to be taken seriously by leaders.
∎ Needs to understand community dynamics and how power flows through the community and need to be willing to let the male engagement community groups be in the spotlight.
∎ Deep knowledge on Violence against women (VAW) and Male as Ally.
∎ Knowledge on basic Gender issues
∎ Leadership skills and supervisory experience, including the ability to develop team performance, Communication & Coordination Skills.
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic and Assertive
∎ Problem-Solving Skills
∎ Familiarity with principles of monitoring & evaluation.
∎ Experience in writing brief narrative reports
∎ Able to work collaboratively with internal staff and external providers
∎ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
∎ Competencies: TEAM Player, Adaptability, Compassion
∎ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
∎ Ability to manage and coordinate with internal and external departments
∎ Ability to analyze and interpret data
