Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master's degree in Social Science or any other discipline from any recognized UGC approved university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and coordinate the operation of the Safe Space for Women and Girls (SSWG).
∎ Recruit, train volunteer and update database of all the volunteer in the respective zone ofresponsibility.
∎ Provide support to colleagues in relation to material, administrative and logistical needs to enabletheir work efficiently.
∎ Provide technical and managerial supervision to the volunteer including giving guidance, advice ontheir work, maintain attendance record and monitor and evaluate their performance.
∎ Reach out to other services in camp/host to ensure smooth referral pathways.
∎ Conducts community consultations to design programme and operation.
∎ Conduct Safety Audit to assess safety and security concerns for women and girls.
∎ Prepare weekly, bi-weekly report and monthly as well for partner and sectoral use of HCMP-BRAC.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation toachieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support,guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensurethe implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourageothers to do so.

∎ Have knowledge or willingness to learn and challenge oneself and others regarding gender roles,power relationships and gender-based violence.
∎ Needs experience and skills in working with leaders and influencers in the community.
∎ Patient, persuasive and have the confidence and experience needed to be taken seriously byleaders.
∎ Needs to understand community dynamics and how power flows through the community and needto be willing to let the male engagement community groups be in the spotlight.
∎ Deep knowledge on Violence against women (VAW) and Male as Ally.
∎ Knowledge on basic Gender issues.
∎ Leadership skills and supervisory experience, including the ability to develop team performance.
∎ Excellent communication and coordination Skills.
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic and Assertive, Problem-Solving Skills
∎ Familiarity with principles of monitoring & evaluation.
∎ Experience in writing brief narrative reports.
∎ Able to work collaboratively with internal staff and external providers.
∎ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.

∎ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
∎ Ability to manage and coordinate with internal and external departments
∎ Ability to analyze and interpret data
