Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in Social Science, Anthropology, Gender Studies, Law, "Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE)" or any discipline from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Community Centre.
∎ Be responsible for Community Centre management.
∎ Monitor the Centre needs of the community and providing life-saving messaging/ and initiating awareness session when necessary.
∎ Ensure daily kobo submission of all report.
∎ Ensure all logistic support of his/her community center by consultation with his project officer.
∎ Share updated report from all the community center weekly and monthly.
∎ Coordinate with other service provider and CIC office.
∎ Responsible for religious leaders' engagement program.
∎ Ensuring regular presence in CIC meeting and camp related activities doing by CIC office or site management team.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
