Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Social Science ,business management, Management, statistics from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to beneficiary's identification, selection and registration processes timely, transparently in accordance with the program guidelines related to cash assistance.
∎ Prepare and share beneficiary /volunteer list weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and ensure cash requisition in advance for the smooth distribution of cash.
∎ Support developing timely distribution plan and organize the disbursement.
∎ Ensure and maintain transparent, functional and respectful relationships with the support services of the HCMP team to ensure smooth functioning of the cash distribution.
∎ Participate in various field assessments and surveys including needs assessment, baseline surveys, and post distribution surveys.
∎ Provide support to the Project Officer (Monitoring) to prepare and update information on the cash distribution.
∎ Assist in Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, and project Officer (Monitoring) in the MEAL & MIS related activities as necessary.
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by Supervisor.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
