∎ Masters in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide technical, strategic, and administrative support, and supervise different level staff in the projects at district, Upazila, and community level.
∎ Responsible to liaison with different government bodies, NGOs, institutions, and other stakeholders and advocating on different social issues.
∎ Responsible to organize different level advocacy meeting, workshop, seminar.
∎ Directly supervise and monitor day to day project activities of different sectors, and provide appropriate guidance for the effective achievement of project objectives and goal. Guiding them with an effective work plan and other logistic supports.
∎ Ensuring the effective use of approved project funds and different event funds, through the preparation of working budget as per the guidance of the project coordinator.
∎ Preparing detailed monthly work plan, facilitate the monthly coordination meeting, documenting project activities progress, challenges, and recommending and communicating those with higher or appropriate authority as required.
∎ Preparing different data, reports, and information monthly, quarterly, yearly or ad-hoc basis as per the requirement of project coordinator or instruction of Higher Management.
∎ Visiting different organization, develop better rapport building.
∎ Developing participatory planning & implementation strategies, a participatory monitoring system for field-level activities.
∎ Coordinating with other departments and participate in different meetings, etc.
∎ Responsible to prepare a variety of reports, case studies, etc.
∎ Closely communication with other programs and assistance to all program are implemented to follow the integrity approach.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or sector management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 years Job experience particularly in the field from any reputed development organization or institution.
∎ Should have a proven record of leadership, team-building, cultural sensitivity, and diplomacy
∎ Working knowledge English and ability of report writing
∎ Working experience with computers
∎ Previous experience in working in the char and islands areas and knowledge of local languages will be a definite advantage
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Master’s Degree or equivalent with 5 years’ experience in the development sector especially in the field
∎ Good Computer skills in MS office applications
∎ Good communication and facilitation skills
∎ Good command over Bengali and English
∎ Strong report writing skill
∎ Leadership skill
∎ Problem-solving skill
∎ Decision-making skill
∎ Ability to ride a motorcycle

Salary: Negotiable
