Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills with excellent technical knowledge.
∎ Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques & excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
∎ Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
∎ Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.
∎ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
∎ Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
∎ Proven working experience in project management
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Assembling and leading the project team.
∎ Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
∎ Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
∎ Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
∎ Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.
∎ Skills for Project Management Professional (PMP)

∎ Excellent understanding on OOP design principles & data structure
∎ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
∎ Skills for Project Management Professional (PMP)

∎ Good command on MS-Office (MS word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
∎ Written and oral communication skills both in English & Bangla.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
∎ Candidate should have basic knowledge of all tech and system analysis also PMP course completed or knowledge.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
