∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Micro Credit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge of MFI, its program, and culture.
∎ Maintain a minimum of 5 branches.
∎ Responsible for maintaining and updating the database, monthly savings, loan, member adding & all types of development.
∎ Justify all sorts of credit proposals and ensure disbursement of loans at field level and preserve all documents up to date.
∎ Prepare area Report on the basis of MIS and submit this report on time.
∎ Organize weekly meetings and discuss with Branch staff regarding achievement and target fill up and other problems.
∎ Maintain good relations with local communities.
∎ A field Visit is mandatory.
∎ Knowledge of log frame, project management, and team management.
∎ Positive attitude and ability to work across cultures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years experience in Microcredit program especially as Branch Manager in PKSF funded program in reputed NGO.
∎ Should have valid motorcycle driving license.
∎ Report writing skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer skill is mandatory.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 31500 (Monthly)
∎ After 6 months probation period salary will be paid as per organization policy
