Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical or Textile, Diploma in Engineering
∎ B.Sc. or Diploma in Textile, Mechanical for fresher

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set the workers in each shift to operate the machine for on-time production
∎ Monitor all the machines and sections properly to keep them neat and clean
∎ Achieve the target production
∎ Identify mechanical, electrical and quality problems and determine quality concerns for the department
∎ Avoid quality/count mixing monitor floor
∎ Manage all the materials on the floor to achieve the target
∎ Identify urgent and critical situations and report to a higher authority
∎ Ensure reduction of wastage and spare parts damages
∎ Organize training programs for workers and motivate them
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
