∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To run 9 production lines of export oriented Knit garment factory of 550 workers,
∎ To look after cutting, sewing and finishing sections, since these 3 sections leads to total production flow of the factory.
∎ To monitor overall production process, supervise Line chiefs, supervisors and workers. Also look into line balancing & wastage reduction.
∎ To assist the Production manager and factory manager in all respect.
∎ To maximize production capacity with the required quality label.
∎ To ensure all shipment dates must be met as per given delivery dates.
∎ To safeguard all equipment of the factory.
∎ To keep clean and healthy environment of production floors.
∎ To maintain discipline among workers and staffs of productions.
∎ Must have the ability to do total line plan and prompt layout during change of style.
∎ Must be cordial among workers and stuffs, any aggressive behaviour not acceptable.
∎ Ability to work extra time in case of production runs up to night time to achieve shipment dead line.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred age in between 30 to 35 years.
∎ Ability to work as a Team Member as well as independently.
∎ Must be capable of multitasking,
∎ Able to handle extensive pressure.
∎ Should be result oriented energetic, with Self-Driven attitude.
∎ Good command on both Bengali and English writing and speaking.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill.
