Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates will be responsible for managing production related all activities of a production unit of the garments factory effectively & efficiently.
∎ The ideal candidate have to ensure timely production of knit garments as per production planning & shipping plan with due consideration of quality.
∎ The individual must have experience in Knit garments production.
∎ To achieve production target with buyer’s required quality standard.
∎ Strictly follow up hourly production and work to increase productivity.
∎ Responsible for enhancing workers' performance and skills.
∎ Identify production line blockages and take necessary steps to solve them.
∎ Perform root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
∎ Reduce and minimize defect rates to achieve production quantities.
∎ Implement processes to improve efficiency.
∎ Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL required by buyer.
∎ Be responsible for floor compliance, housekeeping and on time delivery.
∎ Any other responsibility has given by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ IE based experience is a must.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production Management skills
∎ Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments
∎ Should be self-motivated, hard working, sincere & ready to work under stress
Salary: Negotiable
