∎ Bachelor of Textile Engineering.
∎ Any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to the Production Manager.
∎ Assisting the Production Manager with administrative tasks like production schedules and timesheets.
∎ Preparing cost estimates for materials, equipment, and hiring laborers.
∎ Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.
∎ Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines.
∎ Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.
∎ Updating the Production Manager on the status of projects.
∎ Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.
∎ Resolving labor disputes, where requested.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory operations, Industrial Engineering, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textiles
∎ Sharp, number driven. ( Mix of Finance + IE\Production back ground)

∎ Strong communication skills both in Bangla and English..
∎ Great Team player - strong administrator but a great team builder who empowers his\her teams.
